Meet the Founder
Joshua began his real estate journey as a sales agent in 2021, driven by passion, discipline, and a strong desire to help others find the right property.
Through hands-on field experience and continuous mentorship, he built his skills in client service, negotiation, property evaluation, and documentation.
His hard work and dedication led him to management, where he developed teams and strengthened systems.
He is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, and proudly leads Property Bank Realty Group with a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and client success—while providing hands-on coaching and guidance to his team every day.
